At Satyam Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’ve received a product that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we're here to make it right.

Replacement is applicable in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement Request Window:
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Fill out the request form with order and product details

  2. Upload photos clearly showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup and dispatch a replacement at the earliest.

Note:
Replacements are subject to product availability. In case a replacement is not possible, alternative resolutions such as store credit or refund may be offered.
