Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the product has a genuine defect, damage, or manufacturing issue that cannot be resolved.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Returns are not accepted for used, customer-damaged, or tampered products.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days (minimum 7 days, maximum 14 days) to your original mode of payment.
- If there is no issue with the product but you wish to return it for personal reasons, both-side shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
